How we work
Show us
the work.
Bring the last report you assembled by hand, or a lead that got lost between systems. That gives us a better starting point than a list of AI features.
Follow a projectThe Monday report
- Today
- An analyst copies numbers into a weekly email.
- Proposed build
- A draft that links each figure to its source.
- Release check
- The analyst verifies the totals and approves the send.

From first conversation to handoff
Inside a build.
Here’s how we’d take that Monday report off the analyst’s to-do list while keeping the analyst in charge of what gets sent.
Walk through the last run.
We sit down with the person doing the job. Show us the tabs they open, the numbers they trust and the spreadsheet they keep on the side. That last spreadsheet often tells us more than a requirements document.
The Monday report example
For a weekly campaign report, we follow one number from Google Ads into the report. Where did the date range change? Who checks it against GA4?
- What you get
- A map of the current workflow and the point worth fixing first.
Agree on what a good run looks like.
Together we decide what to keep, which steps to retire and who owns the decisions. Before development, you see the proposed scope, cost and a check you can use to accept the work.
The Monday report example
The report needs to use the agreed reporting week. Every spend figure must match its source. An incomplete export should stop the draft and tell the analyst why.
- What you get
- A written scope with the data sources, review points and acceptance checks.
Try it on work you recognize.
We build a first version around one complete job. Your team runs it on familiar examples, including one that went wrong. When it misses something, we can trace the miss to a particular step.
The Monday report example
Run the brief against a week your analyst has already reported. Compare the figures side by side. Then try a week with a missing campaign export.
- What you get
- A working version your team can test before it handles live work.
Hand over the controls.
Once the checks pass, we connect the live inputs and walk the owner through a run. We show them where errors appear, how to pause the workflow and how to recover. We agree on ongoing support separately.
The Monday report example
The analyst owns the Monday brief. They can open the source behind a figure, edit the commentary and approve the report before anyone else sees it.
- What you get
- The live workflow, a named owner and instructions for a failed run.
